Free Route Services for Schools

We provide complimentary pick-up and delivery services. Please refer to the following conditions for the service:

• Service requests must be submitted at least one day prior to the designated route day for your area. They can be submitted through email to: jkeaamusicservices@gmail.com
• There is a limit of 10 instruments per school each week unless other arrangements have been made.
• Upon arrival, instruments must be prepared for collection and must match the request.
• The delivery driver must be able to enter and exit the premises within a 15-minute timeframe.
• Offered on Tuesday’s and Friday’s from the day after Labor Day through the end of April, except on holidays.
• Southwest area: South of the 10 fwy and west of the 215 fwy (Tuesday)
• Northeast area: North of the 10 fwy and east of the 215 fwy (Friday)
• Summer repairs are by appointment and the delivery driver must be able to enter and exit the premises within a 30-minute timeframe unless other arrangements have been made.

Pick-up and delivery services not meeting the above requirements will incur a service charge of $50.

Turn around Times:

Rush Service: 1-2 days
Customers can collect the instrument from the shop. Alternatively, we can deliver it for a fee of $50.

High Priority: 1 week

This service is suitable for instruments that require immediate attention and have students waiting for them.

Standard Priority: 1-2 weeks

This service is for instruments that are backups and do not require immediate attention.

Low Priority: 2-4 weeks

This service is reserved for instruments that may require special order parts or MRS services. MRS services are available during the winter months from December to April.
