Summer Repairs 2026

Scheduling:

Now open for May – August. Due to high demand and limited storage space, we will pick up repairs when they are scheduled for work and deliver when completed. To schedule an appointment, send an email to jkeaamusicservices@gmail.com with the following information:

• List of instruments 
• Priority such as high or low
• Total budget
• Repair Jobs you want performed
• Earliest date the instruments will be available for pick up
• Latest date the instruments can be returned
• Any dates that the school will not be accessible or closed

Repairs Jobs:

Due to high demand, we will only be able to complete the following repairs:

• Cleanings Only
• Budget Repair 1
• Annual Service 1
• SRS 1 & 2
• No MRS repairs will be done during the summer.

See the "Repair Jobs" page for pricing.  Plan on the max amount and any unused money can be put towards instruments needing extra work.

Budget:

The budget will be set based on the repair jobs selected for the instruments.

For example: If there are 20 instruments, and the repair jobs selected add up to $3,000, that will be the max budget for the job. 

Repair Order:

Instruments repaired in the following order, up to the max budget.

• High Priority that fit the job requested
• Low Priority that fit the job requested
• High Priority that needs more work 
• Low Priority that needs more work
