• Cleaning service will only be done if it is required to make the instrument playable

• Stuck slides will be removed, but kicker slides will not be made smooth

• Soft material will only be changed if it is affecting playablility

• Action and regulations will be adjusted to make the instrument playable

• Solder work will be completed

• Dent work will only be done if it affects playablility

• Case repair will only be done if requested
