How do our services work?

• Select the Job you want us to perform
• We will evaluate and make sure the services needed to complete what you want done will not exceed the max dollar amount for that specific job.
• If the services needed are below the max amount, the repairs will be completed.
• If the services are more, we will contact you and let you know what job is needed to complete the work.

What are the turn around time?

We do repairs based on the highest priority. If a customer has a performance soon, they may get pushed up the line over someone who is not in a hurry. Below are some basic guidelines for turn around times.

Turn around times vary on time of year, if parts are needed and the size of the job. 

• Quick fixes: These are generally 1-2 days, but may be able to be done while you wait with an appointment.
• Minor Repairs: These are generally 3-5 days, but can be expedited if there is a performance or a long drive with an appointment.
• Standard Repairs: These are generally 1-2 weeks, but can be expedited if there is a performance or a long drive with an appointment.
• Machanical Restoration Services: These are done by appointment and usually have a 1-3 week turn around.

Exceptions:

• Seasons:
  • Summer (May - August): CLO 1&2, BRS1 and AS1 jobs offered. Schools are done by appointment only and general customer walk-ins are 1-2 weeks.
  • Fall (September - October): Same as Summer, but we also offer BRS2 and AS2 jobs.
  • Winter & Spring (November - April): All services offered
• Mobile events & holidays: If we are booked at a mobile event, there may be slight delays in service times.
• High demand: If we get a large influx of work, we will have customers keep their instruments and schedule an appointment for them to come in when we can get them done within 1-2 weeks.

Do we offer delivery and pick up services for schools?

Yes, we offer 2 different free route options: (During the school year)

• Northeast: North the 10 FWY and east of the 215 FWY
  • Generaly this route is on Tuesdays
• Southwest: South of the 10 FWY and west of the 215 FWY
  • Generaly these are on Thursday or Friday

Durning the summer when schools are out we offer free pick up and delivey by appointment.
